About hollycarter184

Life is Good! But it's time for a change, and more adventure! I'd like to share the whole experience of preparing then actually making a reality of expatriating, and moving to a new country. It's an exciting, and slightly scary move full of possibility . I'm looking forward to learning a new language and making new connections with the people who share our spirit of adventure. This blog is my way of continuing my connection with my friends and family in the States. Sooooo here it goes! :)

  2. All the food looked sooooo good!! Your pictures of the locals reminded me of my trip to Peru. Thanks for putting me on your “list” for these wonderful day to day “stories”.

  3. MMMM–yum…all those fruits and veggies —but I think I’ll pass on the pig snout … But, I’ll catch up with you for the sangria and pizza ! Yes, the indigenous Ecuadorians wear very colourful skirts—very similar to those in Peru and Bolivia and elsewhere. Holly-Berry, I love reading about your daily adventures !! I know well the hazards of trying to get across the street–same in Costa Rica. RUN RUN and hope to heck you reach the other side !! More later, hun. Luv ya. J.
