Life is Good! But it's time for a change, and more adventure! I'd like to share the whole experience of preparing then actually making a reality of expatriating, and moving to a new country. It's an exciting, and slightly scary move full of possibility . I'm looking forward to learning a new language and making new connections with the people who share our spirit of adventure. This blog is my way of continuing my connection with my friends and family in the States. Sooooo here it goes! :)

  1. Guinea Pigs!! Yes—I remembered seeing them in Peru, too. We walked by a cafe and they had a poster outside that advertised the meals you could get and Guinea Pigs were on the menu. I was astounded! But I never saw them “laid out” quite like your picture! Have you tried any??

    • I did have a tiny nibble and I hate to say it but …. Really, it did taste like chicken, a little greasy though . But it probably won’t make it onto our Menu at home !😝

  2. Your pictures look like so much fun! Specially that food photo! I had the opportunity to have fried guinnea pig in Ecuador. Something I will never forget! Did you have some? xo rocio
