This is a link to my friend Kris’s blog. She wrote a post about the big “Home Depot” like store here in Panama. Many people back home may wonder just how easy it is to get things that we are accustomed to having in the states. I think you’ll see we are not suffering.

Thanks for the link 🙂 I’m going to try and do some more posts like this – supermarkets, Conway, Arrocha, etc. There are some very upscale stores in the shopping center near the Toyota dealership.
Great! I did that one for my friends who own a hardware store back in Los Altos.
Hmmm…no big stores in the burg. Perhaps I should do a series on the Mini Supers or the Fondas or the Cantinas? I see the benefits of the last one… 🙂

Looks like you guys won’t be missing Los Altos Hardware. That store looks awesome! Just to let you know, when we travel to the UP in MI, one of the best hardware stores in the area Forslund Do it Best Bldg suppl. See its a small world, but hardware is something we all need. Love your Blog Holly!
